IDR is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity with 25% travel. This role is integral to optimizing supply chain processes within a dynamic industry, focusing on data analysis, forecasting, and strategic improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Position Overview for the Supply Chain Analyst:

• Lead data analysis, forecasting, and supply chain modeling efforts to identify trends, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on reducing lead times, improving supplier performance, and implementing strategic process improvements.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement innovative solutions to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations to leadership while leveraging ERP systems, supply chain technologies, and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements for the Supply Chain Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Exemplary analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Proficiency in advance data analysis tools and software, including Excel, Smartsheets, etc.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
