IDR is seeking a Project Manager (Commercial Sales Enablement) to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role supports a fast-paced commercial transformation initiative aimed at consolidating sales, marketing, training, and enablement content into a unified platform. The company operates within the healthcare industry, focusing on regulated environments such as medical devices and biotech.
Position Overview for the Project Manager (Commercial Sales Enablement):
- Manage project activities related to commercial application and sales enablement consolidation.
- Support migration of sales, marketing, and training materials into a centralized platform.
- Coordinate communication, change management, governance, and cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with vendor resources, IT, and sales stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Track project plans, artifacts, and status to meet targeted go-live objectives linked to key sales events.
Requirements for the Project Manager (Commercial Sales Enablement):
- Project Management experience in commercial systems, sales enablement, sales training, or CRM-related initiatives.
- Experience consolidating sales content, training materials, documentation, or marketing/selling collateral into a centralized platform.
- Understanding of sales process, sales enablement, and sales force training workflows.
- Experience working in a regulated selling environment such as healthcare, medical device, biotech, or pharma.
- Strong communication and change management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
