Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:

• Engage with customers to address and resolve service or billing issues, including merchandise exchanges, refunds, and bill adjustments.

• Initiate contact with customers to provide updates on claim investigations and any necessary adjustments.

• Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and the actions taken.

Required Skills for Customer Service Representative:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in managing time independently and documenting customer information accurately.

• Familiarity with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
