Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:

• Manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with team members to address payroll discrepancies, including garnishments and overpayments across all 50 states.

• Utilize Excel for data analysis and report generation to support payroll functions.

• Engage with various payroll systems, including Oracle and ADP SmartCompliance, to streamline processes.

• Contract position through the end of January, with potential for extension.

Required Skills for Payroll Specialist:

• Associate Degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll, benefits, tax, or accounting.

• Proficiency in Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with UKG, CPP or FPC certification, and previous report writing experience is preferred.

• Experience with Oracle and ADP SmartCompliance is strongly preferred.
