Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Payroll Specialist:

Manage payroll processing for a large, complex employer, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all 50 states. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and report payroll data effectively. Collaborate with our client's team to handle payroll tax matters and ensure adherence to relevant regulations. Leverage your knowledge of Oracle and ADP SmartCompliance to streamline payroll operations. This position is contracted through the end of January, with the potential for extension.

Required Skills for Senior Payroll Specialist:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field with 5 years of payroll experience; or an Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience; or a HS Diploma/GED with 9 years of experience. Proficiency in UKG, with a preference for candidates holding CPP or FPC certifications. Strong familiarity with Oracle and ADP SmartCompliance systems. Demonstrated experience in managing payroll taxes across all 50 states.
