• Oversee all financial and accounting activities within the manufacturing plant
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, cost control, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures
• Work closely with plant management to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• Proven working experience as a Plant Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
