Performance Engineer

Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Location: Charlotte, NC
C2C Pay Rate: $50.00

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance test scripts tailored to application and infrastructure requirements
Define test environment configurations and data requirements for accurate performance simulation
Create and maintain test execution status reports to ensure transparency and tracking
Collaborate with stakeholders to report performance status and metrics in a clear, structured format
Utilize Blazemeter for scripting, executing, and analyzing performance tests in CI/CD environments
Engage in OpenShift-based application performance testing as needed

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering
Hands-on experience with Blazemeter (preferred) or other performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
Experience working with OpenShift platforms
Familiarity with defining test data, scenarios, and environments
Strong analytical and performance metrics reporting skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
