IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Onshore Lead 1 to join one of our top clients in West Chester, PA. This role is pivotal in driving hands-on technical delivery, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring alignment with architectural and data standards. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Onshore Lead 1:

• Drive hands-on technical delivery and mentor junior team members

• Ensure alignment with architectural and data standards

• Utilize big data tools and cloud platforms for project execution

• Apply AI-augmented development techniques and telecom domain knowledge

• This role is ongoing with a right to hire after 3 months

Required Skills for Onshore Lead 1:

• Proficiency in programming languages: Python, PySpark, SQL (Advanced), Scala (Nice to Have)

• Experience with databases: Relational (Oracle, Postgres, etc.), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)

• Familiarity with big data tools: Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, Kafka, Airflow, Apache NiFi

• Proficiency in at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience with reporting tools: PowerBI, Tableau, etc., and DevOps & Pipeline: CI/CD, Git

• AI/ML Proficiency: Experience with Copilot, LLMs, and GenAI tools across the SDLC

• Monitoring & Debugging: Kibana or similar logging tools for tracing and troubleshooting APIs/microservices

• Deep understanding of telecom systems, including buy-flow processes, customer journeys, and system interactions across channels
