Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for the iServer repository, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and alignment with governance standards.
Spend approximately 50% of time managing iServer, with the remaining time supporting other tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
Support roadmap development and implementation plans in coordination with internal teams.
Maintain and improve data quality within the repository and support internal teams in using and accessing architectural data.
Work closely with stakeholders to support IT operational needs, ensuring tools and platforms are effectively configured and maintained.
Apply knowledge of TOGAF and architectural meta models to ensure structured, meaningful data organization—without the responsibility for architecture design itself.
Focus on the operational and technical aspects of architecture tools, rather than strategic or conceptual design work.
Must have strong hands-on experience with iServer.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
Must have working knowledge of TOGAF and architectural frameworks (particularly around types, structures, and meta models).
Strong focus on data governance, tool management, and operational support.
