Embedded Test Lead
  • Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
  • Location: Mooresville, NC
  • C2C Pay Rate: $65/HR
Required Qualifications:

Experience: 8–10 years of QA experience, including hands-on team leadership.

Domain Expertise:

  • Strong preference for candidates from industrial, power, or HVAC domains.

  • Automotive backgrounds are acceptable only if they include system-level QA experience.

Hardware Testing:

  • Must have worked directly in lab settings testing embedded or integrated hardware/software systems.

  • Web or mobile-only QA experience is not suitable for this role.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with protocols such as Modbus, CAN, IEC 61850 is highly preferred.

  • Experience using Python in hardware-software QA environments is a plus (not required).
