IDR is seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Analyst to join one of our esteemed clients in Lubbock, TX! 

 

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:  The IT Business Analyst III will help this client understand and improve how departments work. This person acts as a bridge between IT and other departments, making sure technology solutions match what the business needs.

 

Required Skills for Business Analyst:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or similar field and 3 - 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with business process analysis, including journey mapping and workflow creation. Able to turn business needs into clear, useful documents for implementation teams.
• Process improvement skills with the ability to analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and use reports to drive continuous improvement in ITSM processes.
• Knowledge within ServiceNow, especially for tracking, monitoring, and reporting service desk activities.
