Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Location: Boston, MA
C2C Pay Rate: $70/HR

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a relevant field.
3–5 years of direct experience with Agile teams and 7+ years in business, technology, or consulting roles.
Expertise in Agile development methodologies and IT project management.
Proficiency in JIRA, SAFe, and Agile methodologies.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with demonstrated leadership.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Knowledge of the insurance industry and relevant products is a plus.
Experimental mindset to drive innovation in uncertain scenarios.
