Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Account Manager - Biometric Security:
Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic technology and channel partners, focusing on mutually beneficial partnerships and revenue growth.
Lead consultative sales engagements by understanding customer security challenges and crafting integrated biometric and access control solutions.
Identify and pursue new strategic opportunities with channel partners and key technology collaborators.
Develop and execute strategic plans, tracking progress against KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to meet customer requirements and influence future product development.
Required Skills for Account Manager - Biometric Security:
5-8 years of experience in enterprise or strategic account management, ideally within access control, biometrics, identity management, or physical security industries.
Proven success in solution or consultative selling, managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of physical and logical security systems, including hardware, software, and integration platforms.
Excellent interpersonal skills with experience engaging senior-level decision-makers.
Ability to translate customer challenges into actionable business solutions and long-term strategic value.
