Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Account Manager - Biometric Security:

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic technology and channel partners, focusing on mutually beneficial partnerships and revenue growth.

  • Lead consultative sales engagements by understanding customer security challenges and crafting integrated biometric and access control solutions.

  • Identify and pursue new strategic opportunities with channel partners and key technology collaborators.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans, tracking progress against KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to meet customer requirements and influence future product development.

Required Skills for Account Manager - Biometric Security:

  • 5-8 years of experience in enterprise or strategic account management, ideally within access control, biometrics, identity management, or physical security industries.

  • Proven success in solution or consultative selling, managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of physical and logical security systems, including hardware, software, and integration platforms.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience engaging senior-level decision-makers.

  • Ability to translate customer challenges into actionable business solutions and long-term strategic value.
