Kat has been a pleasure to work with thus far. It does feel like she doesn't have a lot of job-specific information at this stage but I don't fault her for that - that seems to be due to where we are (early in the process, just submitted resume to the client). She has been communicative - thorough and prompt, also honest. I feel that Kat wants to make sure the job is a fit for me, not just that I'm a fit for the job.
