Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Regional Controller: • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. • Lead the annual operating budget process and provide financial analysis to support business decisions. • Conduct internal control compliance visits and provide technical accounting support to management. • Collaborate with corporate financial staff for SEC filings and ensure accurate data reporting. • Manage and develop a team, overseeing hiring, training, and performance reviews.

Required Skills for Regional Controller: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 5 years of experience. • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication skills to interact with various departments and leadership. • Ability to travel up to 70% in the first year and 50% thereafter.
