IDR is seeking a Product Owner- Hubspot & Salesforce to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, CO. This role involves leading CRM system transformations and managing cross-functional teams to optimize business processes using HubSpot and Salesforce platforms.

Position Overview for the Product Owner- Hubspot & Salesforce:

• Lead end-to-end CRM or ERP system transformation projects, with a focus on Salesforce migration or implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve business processes in sales, marketing, operations, customer success, and finance.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, mapping workflows, and optimizing organizational efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions during system updates and organizational changes.

Requirements for the Product Owner- Hubspot & Salesforce:

• 5–10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Designer, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven success leading CRM or ERP system transformations, ideally including Salesforce implementation or migration.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (sales, marketing, operations, customer success, finance).
• Demonstrated experience with process design, mapping, and optimization.
• Experience working cross-functionally in Agile or hybrid environments.
