Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Techno-Functional Consultant:- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for software module requirements, enhancement, and solution design.- Analyze and interpret business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with software capabilities and utility industry standards.- Lead workshops to gather and validate business and functional requirements.- Configure, test, and support the assigned solution module throughout design, UAT, cutover, and go-live.- Collaborate with architects, engineers, integration teams, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment.Required Skills for Techno-Functional Consultant:- 3-7 years of experience in utility industry transformation initiatives.- 2-5 years of hands-on configuration and testing in SAP IS-U.- Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U modules: Device Management, Billing & Invoicing, FICA, Customer Service, etc.- Proven experience in regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, NERC, etc.).- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.- ABAP debugging or enhancement experience is a plus.What’s in it for you?- Competitive compensation package- Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!- Opportunity to get in with an industry-leading organization- Close-knit and team-oriented cultureWhy IDR?- 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets- Employee Stock Ownership Program- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance- ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 12 years in a row;
