• Act as a liaison between internal customers, IT development teams, and end customers to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for application enhancements.

• Ensure requirements are fully defined and documented according to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ITIL service management approaches.

• Facilitate project management activities, including meetings, documentation, development, testing, communication, education, implementation, and ongoing support.

Provide change management and governance recommendations, review testing plans, and participate in advancing the Business Analysis role within the department.

REQUIREMENTS:  

• High School / GED and 4 years of Business Analyst training/certification and Business Analyst experience. OR An Associate's degree and 2 years' experience as a business analyst or Bachelor's degree. 
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools, Visio, Lucid and project/service management software
• 3+ yrs of experience with business analysis methods, Agile, and waterfall
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
