Position Overview: We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. Position Overview for the Scrum Master:

• Lead and mentor Scrum teams on Agile processes and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
• Coordinate with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver value in short sprints.
• Help teams decompose features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and facilitate the sprint planning process.
• Triage and resolve Scrum team issues based on priority, impact, risk, and release timing.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Develop and refine processes, templates, artifacts, and training materials to support Agile transformation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills for the Scrum Master:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, working with Agile software development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework, including experience with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, VersionOne, or similar Agile management tools.
• Experience in helping teams break down Agile features into user stories with clear and actionable acceptance criteria.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Outstanding time management and attention to detail.
• Active SECRET clearance required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
• Experience in Agile coaching is a plus.

Compensation Details: 115-117,250k/year Competitive salary, based on experience.
