Responsibilities:
create processes and guidelines for consent, data privacy, and asset/information storage
Recruiting, screening, scheduling, and distributing incentives to research participants as well as maintaining the team insights repository, including creating and overseeing processes by which new research is added and existing research is distributed, maintained, updated, and archived
Strategic procurement and management of tools and platforms to increase efficiencies and scale research
Assist the team in reporting and tracking the work they’re doing for departmental visibility
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years’ experience in design or research operations
Previous experience in a dedicated research-operations role is strongly preferred
7+years’ experience in design or research operations, user research, program and/or project management or other relevant experience
Previous experience in healthcare research settings is preferred
