This role involves managing the product direction for a comprehensive Next Best Action personalization platform within a data-driven industry. The position requires translating business goals into technical priorities and working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of features and capabilities.

Position Overview for the AI Product Owner:

• Seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to own product direction for a broad Next Best Action (NBA) personalization platform.
• The individual will translate business goals into priorities, epics, features, and user stories across multiple engineering teams.
• The platform spans data, streaming, decisioning, rules, orchestration, AI/ML, and user-facing components, requiring strong technical fluency.
• The person will maintain the backlog, coordinate dependencies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive product success.

Requirements for the AI Product Owner:

• 4+ years of Product Owner / Product Manager experience
• Strong backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap ownership
• Writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience working directly with multiple engineering teams
• Technical fluency and ability to understand architecture diagrams
