IDR is seeking an Order to Cash Analyst to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Lake Mary, FL. This role supports critical day-to-day operations in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process within a BPaaS environment, focusing on billing, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation to ensure smooth financial workflows.

Position Overview for the Order to Cash Analyst:

• Support Order-to-Cash processes and daily operations.
• Process and monitor customer billing and invoicing activities.
• Support collections efforts and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Assist with cash application and payment processing.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer account issues.

Requirements for the Order to Cash Analyst:

• BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) experience.
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience.
• Billing and invoicing experience.
• Collections experience.
• Accounts Receivable experience.
