IDR is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lebanon, NJ. This is a key leadership role supporting a complex project within the consulting and technology services industry. The position involves leading multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery standards, and facilitating stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview for the Program Delivery Lead:

• Lead delivery across Platform & Governance, Solutions Delivery, and Application Support workstreams
• Run delivery cadences including standups, checkpoints, and Steering Committee meetings
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and decision/action logs
• Enforce entry/exit criteria, delivery standards, and governance discipline
• Build and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and critical path tracking

Requirements for the Program Delivery Lead:

• Strong delivery leadership experience across complex, multi-workstream programs
• Experience running governance cadences and managing RAID + decision/action logs
• Ability to build integrated plans and manage dependencies, milestones, and resourcing
• Excellent executive communication, meeting facilitation, and documentation skills
• Technical fluency in SDLC, DevOps/SRE, and application support environments
