IDR is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC. This role involves overseeing product engineering delivery within a dynamic, project-driven environment, supporting a commercial engagement with a focus on agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Position Overview for the Senior Project Delivery Manager:

• Own and be accountable for product engineering delivery, including milestones, risks, metrics, and executive-level status reporting
• Lead planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple agile teams while managing interdependencies and delivery risks
• Serve as a trusted advisor and “Chief of Staff” to Product Leadership by streamlining communications, protecting leadership focus, and enabling clear decision-making
• Continually evaluate and evolve delivery team structures to align with firm strategy and product needs
• Build strong partnerships with Business, Product, QA, UX, PMO, and Enterprise Architecture teams

Requirements for the Senior Project Delivery Manager:

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale, high-complexity projects
• 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering leadership, or technical lead roles
• Strong understanding of one or more modern technology stacks, such as Microservices architectures, REST APIs (e.g., Spring Boot / Java), Front-end frameworks (e.g., React), Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Broad understanding of technical delivery disciplines, including SDLC, DevOps, SRE, and Quality Engineering
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Agile, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent)
