IDR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Hudson, NY. This role is within a banking organization focused on credit card products, supporting the development and launch of new features within a scaled agile environment. The role offers the chance to work on impactful financial products with a collaborative team.
Position Overview for the Senior Product Manager:
- Support a co-branded credit card product team within the banking domain
- Define, deliver, and launch new product features in a scaled agile environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including design, data, business, and engineering teams
- Gather and define requirements, and manage product backlogs in tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Mentor and guide junior product team members, ensuring quality and delivery standards are met
Requirements for the Senior Product Manager:
- Banking industry experience (required)
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in Credit Cards or Co-Branded Cards
- Proven Product Management experience, including requirements gathering, writing and managing requirements in JIRA, and driving cross-functional collaboration
- Experience working in a scaled Agile delivery environment
- Experience leading or mentoring small teams (1–3 people) and reviewing/quality-controlling their work
