IDR is seeking a ESB (IIB & ITX) Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lansing, MI. This role involves supporting large-scale healthcare integration projects within the State of Michigan, focusing on building and maintaining complex healthcare data workflows and ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards. The organization operates in the healthcare IT sector and values experienced developers skilled in integration technology.

Position Overview for the ESB (IIB & ITX) Developer:

• Support and develop healthcare integration workflows using IBM IIB/ACE, ITX, and Rhapsody
• Build and maintain ITX maps for EDI and JSON transformations
• Support and integrate healthcare transactions including 837, 834, 835, and 997 with HIPAA compliance
• Develop and troubleshoot HL7 v2, HL7 v3/CDA, FHIR, REST, and SOAP-based healthcare integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and deploy integration solutions

Requirements for the ESB (IIB & ITX) Developer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience as an EDI / Integration Developer with a healthcare IT focus
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM ITX (WTX) mappings and HIPAA compliance checks
• Experience with IBM IIB / ACE, ITX, APIs, HL7 v2.x, HL7 v3/CDA, FHIR, and healthcare security protocols
• Working knowledge of DB, Java, SQL (including SNIP Level 7 validation) and supporting EDI healthcare transactions (837, 834, 835, 997)
