IDR is seeking a IT Governance & Disaster Recover Analyst to join our client's team in Memphis, TN for a 6+ month contract opportunity.

The IT Governance & Disaster Recovery Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the client's maturing Governance and Disaster Recovery efforts by collaborating with divisional teams to implement and improve existing processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to gather requirements, develop actionable plans, and resolve questions quickly.

Requirements:

• Experience analyzing end-to-end processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Self-Starter capable of multitasking and prioritizing work
• Detail oriented in creating quality documentation with clarity to promote self-service
• IT Governance AND Disaster Recovery experience
• COBIT framework experience
• Any process improvement experience OR knowledge
