Position Overview/Responsibilities for the PMO Analyst:- Work directly with the Account PMO Manager, adhering to account processes and quality assurance expectations- Lead account project teams in creating and monitoring detailed Microsoft Project Work Plans, including milestones, deliverables, and work products- Coordinate across PMO and project teams to ensure timeline accuracy and schedule updates- Generate and maintain detailed and summary reports based on milestones, deliverables, Microsoft Project work plans, and work products- Conduct quality review of deliverables and work products, ensuring delivery submission- Identify and track mitigation of project risks, issues, and potential concerns- This is a one-year contract with potential for extension or conversionRequired Skills for PMO Analyst:- Prior relevant experience in project management, preferably managing multiple projects and teams- Bachelor's degree- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, TEAMS and Visio)- Strong collaboration and customer service skills- Understanding of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC)- Excellent organization, prioritization, planning, and general administration skills- Knowledge of project tracking tools such as JIRA and Jama preferredWhat’s in it for you?- Competitive compensation package- Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!- Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization- Close-knit and team-oriented cultureWhy IDR?- 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets- Employee Stock Ownership Program- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance- ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 11 years in a row;
