Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Engineering Team Lead:
  • Act as a team lead, managing a team of engineers and focusing on IMAC and technical support
  • Serve as the primary onsite manager for the team of technicians
  • Strategically plan and conduct internal meetings with onsite leaders
  • Act as a liaison between our client's team and the onsite team
  • Aid in support as needed, but primarily focus on people, process, and operations management

Required Skills for the Engineering Team Lead:
  • Strong experience managing a team of tech support engineers
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence
  • Experience with Jira ticketing system and ServiceNow
  • Ability to identify opportunities for service improvements and enhance day-to-day efficiency
  • ITIL certifications are a plus!
