IDR is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join one of our top clients for a an opportunity in Sacramento, CA. The project prefers this resource sits locally, or at least in California. • Design, develop, and maintain test plans and strategies for interfaces and batch processes.
• Execute rigorous testing to ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of APIs and batch jobs.
• Develop and implement test cases for API integrations and system interactions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to interfaces and batch processing.
• Maintain documentation for test cases, scripts, and defect tracking.
• Manage test cycles, defect resolution, and status reporting.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Integrated Eligibility systems, preferably with the client’s system (CalSAWS.) Any IE system is fine. 
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in API development and batch creation.
• Exposure to Interfaces and Batch modules.
• Knowledge of driver frameworks, session management, and API integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in defect management and test execution.
