Mandatory Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience developing web-based applications with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, OCP, Kubernetes, and DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with product managers and peers on digital product projects.
• Design technical solutions and implement microservices architecture and containerization.
• Strong OCP, Kubernetes, and container orchestration experience.
• Work in Agile teams, creating and implementing development stories.
• Translate product visions into technical solutions for scalable, high-availability systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with risk and management standards.
