IDR is seeking an onsite AV Field Technician to join one of our top clients in Dallas! Position Overview & Responsibilities: The AV Field Tech will be responsible for the replacement and installation of AV equipment for conference rooms. They will be installing Sound Bars, Touch Pads, and TV’s and will be accompanied by level 2 or 3 tech support. This person will also be required to help with basic desktop support capabilities such as installations of computer equipment and will act as a jack of all trades responsible for several types of in-office support related to IT equipment. Top Skills:

• Previous experience working in an IT Desktop Support role providing basic hardware support (setting up laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)
• Previous experience installing AV equipment (TV’s, Sound Bars, etc.)
• A+ Certification

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science related field
