Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Associate Account Services Coordinator:
Work hand in hand with the Account Managers to oversee and execute administrative requirements
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers daily
Process customer requests for benefit summaries and contact updates
Accurately submit customer requests and data into company processing systems
Required Skills for the Associate Account Services Coordinator:
2+ years of Professional experience
Bachelors degree
Advanced business math and analytical skills with the ability to position products and pricing that contribute to assigned revenue goals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with special emphasis in formal business presentations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and CRM (Salesforce)
