About Allison Jones:

A very professional experience. I was laidmoff and looking for a job is stressful. Working with her helped ease that stress. I really liked that she did not overhyped the opportunity. Too many recruiters make people think they basically have the job and when it does not happen it is a let down. It then puts a bad experience in working with that agency in the future. She gave excellent information on the next steps and what to expect. Now regardless of outcome I will be prepared for an offer or knowing to try again. If this does not turn to an offer I would look forward to working with agency again. Something I can not say about other agencies.

Allison was great! She was very friendly and felt like she really listened and tried to understand who I was, my background, my strengths and what I am looking for. My resume got submitted to the client though unfortunately I was not part of the few moving forward to the interview process. Regardless, she gave me updates on where I was and I didn't feel like I was lost, or that I had more questions than answers. Overall positive experience1
