Position Overview for the UX Designer:  

• Conduct user research and create user personas.
• Design user flows and information architecture.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Develop visually appealing and responsive UI designs.
• Ensure accessibility and adherence to design guidelines.
• Conduct usability testing and document user feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and engineers.
• Support product launches and maintain existing product UX.

Required Skills for the UX Designer:  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field, with a strong grasp of app and software development cycles and programming tools.
• 3+ years of iOS, Android, and HTML app design experience.
• 1+ year of basic coding and development experience.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Competence in both technical and graphical aspects of web design.
• Familiarity with Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Understanding of design system methodologies like Atomic Design.
• Experience with smart home, IoT, thermostats, or similar products.
