IDR is seeking a Manager of Retail Media Sales to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role involves leading retail media sales strategies within a dynamic retail environment, focusing on accelerating revenue growth through innovative media solutions and strong merchant relationships.
Position Overview for the Manager of Retail Media Sales:
Oversee the sales pipeline, manage a team of sales leaders, and drive demand for retail media placements.
Build and maintain relationships with merchants and key stakeholders to identify new media opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with overall revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Focus on increasing merchant participation and strengthening retailer-brand partnerships to grow revenue.
Requirements for the Manager of Retail Media Sales:
Currently work within a Retail Media Network.
Understand retail media sales cycles and merchant-facing experience.
Be comfortable influencing merchants and stakeholders.
Have experience managing and coaching sales teams.
Proven track record of building relationships with buyers and pushing sales initiatives.
