Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Manager:
• Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory standards. • Oversee supply needs, identify potential risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies. • Analyze supplier data to create regular reports and key performance indicators for seamless operations. • Drive competitive bidding processes, vendor negotiations, and process improvements. • Collaborate with the accounting team on vendor invoice approvals, accruals, and payment workflows.
Required Skills for Supply Chain Manager:
• Bachelor's Degree with at least five years of procurement experience, including production planning and inventory management. • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of leadership. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. • Self-starter with the ability to plan, execute, and take initiative confidently.
