Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:- Processing vendor invoices in various systems- Communicating with vendors regarding new accounts, credit applications, payment status, and invoices- Reconciling vendor statements and verifying and processing store/dealer deposits- Researching discrepancies found in balancing daily retail store activity- Processing and applying bill payments to the billing system- Adhering to weekly/monthly/annual deadlines and record retention requirements- Interacting with our client's team, including the accounting and purchasing departmentsRequired Skills for Accounts Receivable Specialist:- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Experience with Solomon software and other accounting software- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Positive attitude, good communication and conflict resolution skills- Ability to work onsite at our client's location in Fort Morgan- Associate degree in accounting or equivalent accounting work experience preferredWhat’s in it for you?- Competitive compensation package- Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!- Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization- Close-knit and team-oriented cultureWhy IDR?- 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets- Employee Stock Ownership Program- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance- ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 12 years in a row;
