Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Patient Service Representative:
Meeting project deadlines for build requirements
Documentation of build and design decisions within specified
project tracking tools and location
Participation in Workgroup design and build sessions
Provide feedback and possible recommendations based on Epic
Foundation build Complete assigned application tasks as part of implementation
project timeline/milestones/phase
Workflow analysis, build, and documentation in collaboration
with internal and external team members.
Required Skills:
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the inpatient/outpatient
registration/scheduling environment and hospital operations,
procedures/functions and the relationships between them.
Exhibits solid knowledge of the registration and scheduling
workflows and the integration with clinical processes and
practices
