Oracle Finance Cloud Functional Lead Terms: All Capgemini contracts are ongoing with a right to hire after 3 months. Conversion at 90 days is rare and pre-specified by Capgemini, but the right to hire remains in place. Target Pay Rate: $75/hr C2C Location:  Remote anywhere in the US Work schedule details: Remote Details: The job requires your expertise in Oracle Finance Cloud, with specific experience in supporting AR module. You will be working closely with business users and IT experts to support Oracle fusion landscape comprising of Oracle Cloud HCM, Finance, PPM modules, 100+ integrations and complex PaaS extensions. The job offers opportunity to show your expertise in bringing efficiencies in business as well as IT processes. Manage the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud's Accounts Receivable module, ensuring smooth operations and efficient revenue management. Familiarity with Oracle applications like Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is often required. The ability to effectively lead a team and communicate technical concepts clearly is crucial. Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions. Familiarity with technologies like web services (SOAP, REST), XML, and JSON can be beneficial. Your role • Ensure smooth functioning of Fusion application with Contract to Cash and Record to Report business processes. • Work with business users to help troubleshoot issues arising out of customizations and delivered functionality • Advise business users on the impacts of adopting newly released features through quarterly patching by Oracle • Provides semaless production support by addressing Finance issues or process flaws • Liaise with Oracle for any issues in Vanila solution • Drive efficiencies Your skills and experience • 8 to 10 years of functional experience supporting Oracle Finance Cloud (AR, AP, GL, Tax) modules • Must have experience in handling Oracle Accounting HUB, Bank Integrations • Must have knowledge and experience to support PaaS and OIC integrations • Should have experience in handling large projects involving multiple BUs, Ledgers, Consolidation and Reporting • Oracle PPM Cloud knowledge or willingness to learn is preferred • Should have very good knowledge in accounting and able to provide Accounting solutions through Sub Ledger Accounting • Must have Oracle Finance Cloud Certification
