Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Automation Engineer:- Development and optimization of the test automation framework in line with the latest updates- Design, development, and execution of automated test scripts- Analysis of automation test results to identify defects or areas for improvement in software quality- Provision of support and troubleshooting assistance for automated testing infrastructure and tools- Active contribution to the continuous improvement of automation processes and methodologies- Regular coaching and mentoring of less experienced team members- Design and implementation of automated test plans and strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage- Development and implementation of Automation Framework enhancements and overall maintenance- Provision of test measurements (KPIs) to track and communicate test progress and defect statusRequired Skills for Senior Automation Engineer:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in software development and automation testing roles- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, including test automation frameworks- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, practices and tools like Jenkins or Travis CI- Proven ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineersWhat’s in it for you?- Competitive compensation package- Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!- Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization- Close-knit and team-oriented cultureWhy IDR?- 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets- Employee Stock Ownership Program- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance- ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 11 years in a row;
