LMS Business Analyst IDR is seeking a LMS Business Analyst to join one of our top clients in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a hybrid position (will start off as onsite during training period); must be local to Atlanta, GA 30334! Position Overview/Responsibilities for the LMS Business Analyst:

• Develop business functional and non-functional requirements
• Develop test plans and scripts, and test new or upgraded technology
• Provide technical support in the maintenance or enhancements of systems
• Create software user guides and other supporting documentation as required
• Provide user support and training on any new applications or new functionality
• Serve as a liaison between assigned business units of our client and the technical team
• Ensure functionality of automated system is consistent with adherence to laws, regulations, business rules and best practices

Required Skills for LMS Business Analyst:

• 3+ years of LMS Business Analysis experience
• Experience implementing or administering Learning Management Systems
• 1 year of Workday or similar ERP experience highly preferred
• Ability to present and document high quality, detailed deliverables
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, SQL, and/or data analysis tools
