Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Office Services Assistant:Processing all incoming and outgoing deliveries at our client's location
Managing all incoming and outgoing US Mail, FedEx, UPS, and internal mail
Operating automated mailing and shipping equipment
Stocking, organizing, and maintaining office, pantry, and coffee/tea supplies
Assisting with general office appearance, including weekly maintenance checks and reporting all issues to the Facilities Manager
Assisting with conference room set up and clean up, including monitoring the conference room schedule and providing meeting support
