I think Kristin did a great job of setting expectations. I think the confusing bit, was being reached out to by 1 person on LinkedIn, and then being contacted by another. With all of the warnings against scams while job searching, it was a leap of faith (though I verified both of their profiles and such on Linked in.) Then I researched the company itself.
