IDR is seeking a VP, Business Applications to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee.

This executive role is focused on leading the enterprise business applications strategy within a prominent healthcare organization. The company is dedicated to operational excellence and technological innovation to support their mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Position Overview for the VP, Business Applications:

• Own the enterprise business applications strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with the organization’s growth and operational efficiency goals.
• Provide executive leadership across a broad portfolio including ERP, ServiceNow, Salesforce/CRM, HRIS/workforce platforms, legal/contracting platforms, and Microsoft 365 governance.
• Establish and operate governance for demand management, intake, prioritization, and release planning, balancing regulatory needs and business value.
• Drive integration and interoperability across core enterprise systems to enable unified operational views.
• Lead delivery efforts to ensure programs and enhancements are completed on time and on budget, with effective change management and training.
• Build and lead a high-performing organizational team with a focus on talent development and support tailored to healthcare needs.

Requirements for the VP, Business Applications:

• Proven experience in VP-level leadership roles for 3+ years, managing enterprise-wide applications portfolios.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of approximately 50+ individuals over at least 3 years.
• End-to-end ERP transformation leadership, with comprehensive understanding of all project phases.
• Extensive experience across multiple enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, ERP systems (Workday or Oracle), UKG, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong leadership presence and cultural fit, with energizing and human leadership qualities to connect with teams and stakeholders.
