IDR is seeking a Data Entry Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role supports public health initiatives by processing and maintaining hepatitis surveillance data within the national disease surveillance system. The position involves data review, quality assurance, and collaboration with health professionals to support public health reporting and disease prevention efforts.
Position Overview for the Data Entry Analyst:
- Support the Viral Hepatitis Program by accurately processing hepatitis surveillance data.
- Apply CDC and CSTE case definitions to identify and categorize cases.
- Perform data cleaning, manage review queues, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Coordinate with team members and other health staff to ensure data integrity.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and team activities to support program goals.
Requirements for the Data Entry Analyst:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Data entry or data systems experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical or public health terminology advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and data management tools.
