IDR is seeking a Digital Data Analyst to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Brentwood. This role is pivotal in leveraging analytics to drive strategic decisions across digital, eCommerce, customer experience, and AI initiatives. The organization operates within the retail industry, focusing on innovative ways to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Position Overview for the Digital Data Analyst:

• Support the development and delivery of advanced analytics to inform business growth and operational improvements.
• Work collaboratively with teams to gather and interpret data related to digital and customer behaviors, website performance, and marketing effectiveness.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for executive leadership covering KPIs, sales, web analytics, and financial performance.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support omnichannel initiatives and revenue forecasting.

Requirements for the Digital Data Analyst:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques
• Experience with business reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, SnowFlake (SQL) or other reporting & analytical tools
