IDR is seeking a 100% Remote ServiceNow Developer to join one of our top clients. This contract role focuses on upgrading and strengthening a ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF) environment to enable reliable regression testing for future releases. You’ll build scalable automated test coverage across critical ServiceNow workflows and support upgrade readiness throughout the engagement.
Position Overview for the ServiceNow Developer :
- Configure, enhance, and optimize the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF) environment
- Develop a comprehensive suite of automated test cases covering critical business processes and system functionality
- Establish a sustainable regression testing framework to support ServiceNow upgrades and releases
- Execute, troubleshoot, and refine automated tests to ensure reliability and repeatability
- Collaborate with platform owners, administrators, developers, and stakeholders to validate test coverage and outcomes
Requirements for the ServiceNow Developer :
- Proven experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow ATF
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform administration, development, and upgrade processes
- Experience creating scalable automated testing strategies and regression test suites
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective automated test cases
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
