CONTRACT
IDR is seeking a Manual Tester to join one of our top clients for a REMOTE opportunity.Â
Position Overview for the Manual Tester:
Perform manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
Create and manage test scenarios and test cases based on requirements.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect reproduction and triage.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and optimize the testing process.
Hands-on experience working directly on Mainframe systems and writing/executing Database Queries.
Requirements for the Manual Tester:
Manual testing experience with expertise in ALM tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
Ability to create test scenarios from requirements and optimize test cases for efficient execution.
Experience performing System Integration Testing and managing defect and test case lifecycle.
Support UAT activities, including defect reproduction in lower environments.
Hands-on experience working directly on Mainframe systems and writing/executing Database Queries.
