IDR is seeking a Director of Digital & AI to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lehi, UT. This role offers the chance to lead digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic, autonomous environment driven by high-performance, innovative leadership. The company operates in the professional services space, focusing on automating workflows and integrating AI solutions across multiple small firms.

Position Overview for the Director of Digital & AI:

• Drive technology-enabled operational improvements through system automation, integration, and AI implementation within multiple small firms.
• Lead discovery, prioritization, and execution of high-ROI automation projects, ensuring effective adoption and scaling.
• Collaborate closely with firm leaders to understand their workflows, tailor solutions, and develop repeatable playbooks.
• Own hands-on configuration, integration, lightweight coding, and training efforts to embed AI and automations into daily activities.
• Establish governance frameworks around data handling, confidentiality, and AI safety protocols appropriate for a professional services environment.

Requirements for the Director of Digital & AI:

• 5+ years of experience building and implementing technology solutions to improve operations, including automation, integrations, and internal tooling.
• Hands-on ability to build and ship practical workflows, automations, and lightweight tools.
• Proven experience operationalizing AI into real workflows with an emphasis on quality and safety.
• Ability to translate operational pain points into effective solutions, working effectively with both leadership and frontline teams.
• Strong judgment and prioritization skills with a focus on measurable ROI and change management.
